Refund Policy
Because PlateLedger is delivered digitally, completed purchases are generally final after download access is supplied, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
If the purchased file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact plateledger.app@gmail.com within 14 days of the initial purchase. Include the Paddle transaction reference but never send complete card or bank details. We will first attempt to restore access or replace the file and will provide an appropriate remedy if the problem cannot be resolved.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds revoke download eligibility for that transaction.
